Hi Dominic,


Unless required to improve animation speed on animation you should use

high.

If animation is slowed by high setting. sart with either high or low and

Toggle high quality for text readability.


It never hurts to make small text a little bit bigger.

With 100% setting you should always check for readability at 14" or 15"

screen size, unless you know all your clients have larger monitors.
