Hi Yan,

There are no Scenes in the actual final output the Flash swf file.
Using Scenes can lead to major problems as you add more complexity and
movie clip functions to your movies.

Biggest (not only) problem is Movie Clips do not exist across scene
boundaries. If you have a movie clip with an on/off switch for sound
(for instance) your sound setting will not be preserved between scenes
and the movie clip will start over from frame 1 in each new scene and
your sound will go to your default setting (either on or off) and not
the user's selection.
