Yes, you can do this in Flash.

Repeat you can import QT into Flash and export the QT back out as QT

with Flash elements and navigation added.


This is not what Michael the original questioner asked.

You can not import QT with the expectation of having a Flash swf file

with a quicktime movie included. The import of QT movies is ONLY for

modifying and adding Flash to a quicktime movie not a Flash movie.


Note the Flash can be run as a separate (swf) file controlled by the QT

movie if you like.
