Adding Flash 3 content to QT is only available in Flash 4.
Download the 30 day trial, it is fully functional for 30 days.

If you expand your QT movie to fill the screen you will see that the
numbers and buttons are Flash and I assure you that the button actions
are standard Flash actions.
