Yes, a single Flash file can stream, but having to files stream on the
web at the same time is unlikely. Though a browser may allow more than
one file to load at the same time, the web may not be so cooperative.
Files are assembled based on when packets are received. There is no
guarantee that when more than one file is requested that one or the
other will arrive first, or that a needed section of one file will be
available when a corresponding portion of the other file is ready.
If you are downloading files or using a second browser at the same time
you are trying to stream any file (Flash, Real or otherwise), the
streaming is likely to be interferred with and you are likely not to
have smooth streaming.
