One option would be to put the spinning logo in a MC and loop it in there
(GoTo Frame 1 and play). Put that MC on the main timeline and create your
text fade-in as you normally would. The stop action at the end of the text
fade should not effect the spinning logo, it should continue spinning even
when the text has completely faded in and stopped.
I hope that makes sense.
