Netscape keeps a good selection of older versions of their browsers here:

Internet Explorer versions can be found here:


http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/default.asp


Normally you can only have one version of Internet Explorer installed on your system - IE 3.02 does not coexist with IE 4.0, nor does IE 5.0 coexist with 4.0.  Your mileage may vary, but you're probably best off keeping different installations on different machines.
