FLASH: If frame is loaded

Has anyone got the 'If frame is loaded' example script working under 

help/samples??


We have a version working for a simple loop animation (a circular arrow), 

but we are trying to use the loading bar example which is proportionate 

to the number of frames downloaded i.e. 10%, 20% etc. The red bar is 

called a movie clip but does not animate according to Xscale.


Are we missing something??
