Nope. Lingo is a higher level scripting language than what Flash uses.
Lingo is used for Director, and even though it was requested by many to be
introduced in Flash, Macromedia needs to keep Flash the red-headed step
child of Director so that people will still need *both* to do some tasks.
Flash uses a stack-based implementation for equations and parsing, but it
would not be really considered a language. The programming is stored as
data structure, not really compiled/interpreted code (as I imagine Lingo is).
