FLASH: MP3 Questions.

I would like someone to answer a my question....


First... I have made a website that has a song which is 3 min and 40 sec 

long.  On best quality I have made the of a .swf movie 436 KB. This I think 

is good, however the sound quality on best sounds raspy and jittery. Is there 

a way to boost the quality of an mp3.  Here is what I did. Since to be able 

to put a song on a website the song has to be of small size.  Even for an mp3 

format a song of 3 min and 40 sec is about 3.5 meg and this is huge.  The 

.wav is about 38 megs which there is no way I can do. So I overcame this by 

making an mp3 into a .wav and than importing it into flash, than exporting it 

out.  I made the flash screen 18 by 18 pixels, because this is the smallest 

size possible I put the background white since the page is of white 

background.  This way nobody can see the flash file but can hear music. It 

works but I need more quality.  Does anybody have any suggestions.  I am 

sorry for making this so long.
