This is an example of a site without an OBJECT tag, so some Win IE
browsers don't work correctly. Many IE Win browsers will work but some
don't.
As I have stated before I have not been able to issolate why some IE Win
browsers work and others don't but changing to OBJECT with EMBED nested
usually solves the problem.
On my Win IE3 the frame tags are not recognized and the links open into
new windows instead of tghe right frame.
