Yes to everything. There is good info & links up at
FlashCentral(http://www.FlashCentral.com/), I think, for the current
implementation.
You have a few choices to make:
1.) wait for the next dot release of AW (should be soon) then you can use up
through version 4 of flash with the asset xtra
2.) use the current Xtra which only allows playback of flash 2 content.
3.) use the activecontrol which allows you to use up through v4of flash
--disadvantage to activeX is you cannot have transparency through to AW (you
can still use it inside of flash). You will have to use a rectangle in your
design if you want to use ActiveX
