Hey Nino.

When you are setting up the Menu in Flash if you use getUrl it gives you a
target option. Just set this to be the name of your destination frame. (i.e.
left side is called menu and right side is called main)

You can take a look at http://www.LearnTeam.com/jamesk/Schwarzkopf to see it
in action if you wish.
