FLASH: Illustrator > Flash

Has anyone experienced a problem with importing Illustrator files comprised

of  converted CMYK colors? I understand that Flash 4 doesn't render PMS

colors well -but why would it have a problem with, say, a warm grey

converted to 3 color?
