for the .swf file saved in your cache

simple
don't search the cache itself, but once you've visited the site, with all
the animated stuff loaded what not. use the file find from the start menu
and search for files "*.swf "

and thats all, you'll start to see all these files pop up, save them in a
folder of your choice, I usually drag them to a folder I keep on my desktop.

and I am usre you have flash player installed, double click the file to see
which one it is and you can rename it and save it to your liking.
