Do you have an URL illustrating this problem that we could visit? What kind of video card, screen resolution and color depth are you using? Does it happen on more than one PC?
In a browser it could be that your QUALITY parameter is set to AUTOHIGH rather than HIGH or BEST. If you're doing this in a Projector, try using the Toggle High Quality action in the first frame (or add a Toggle High Quality button).
