Developing for k-12, main guideline (IMHO) is that many clients will
have 486/68030-40, 8-16 mb Ram class machines. Many of these will
likely have Win95/OS7.6, your biggest trouble will likely be processor
speed with animations. A good idea is to have a couple of slow machines
around to test animations on.
