Not knowing SQUAT about DVD, I'm guessing you're going to run into a few
troubles, but what you've asked, and this is my uneducated opinion, you
should simply produce a regular .swf file. I'm guessing there will be an
ActiveX or some other type of control that will handle it. DVD players are
pretty darn quick, so I'd even further guess there'd be no need to stream,
either.
Hope that helps, but watch as Croteau corrects me...
