FLASH: Quick before another hits.....

Hi

I am working on a website that needs to use CGI scripting as well as Javascript to create a on-line banking option.....the problem is I don't know if Flash can use extenal scripting which will add security coding(generally numbered coding) which also refreshes itself with every page change....is this possible???? or am I foolish.....I hope this made sense...I am still trying to understand the project myself......Designers and Clients talk two different languages I think........
