FLASH: Streamlining for Frame Rate

Anyone got any good tricks for streamlining to improve framerate?  So far, I

have a rather small movie 48K, loads great.  But Alas, at 100% H/W it moves

like a dead dog....  I'm at my whit's end,  Ive taken out all of the objects

that were animated AND had an alpha channel or just made them solid,

streamlined my curves down to a min., and simplified everything I could

think of, and I'm still only getting around 10 to 8 FPS in playback....  If

anyone has any tricks to get their framerate up I would deffently appreciate

it:)
