Had to defend the man. If you're talking about Mickey Richardson he's great.
They give the guy three hours to discuss Freehand, Dreamweaver, Fireworks
and Flash at one of their shows. He should be given a medal for attempting
it. As to Freehand just had this discussion with my partner last night. I
have been using Corel since version 1. I know it and the tools so it is much
easier than Freehand or for that matter Illustrator for me. Does that mean
it's better or worse? NO. What it does explain IMO is why you probably will
never hear a MAC person say good things about Corel. They don't know it and
their experience is with another package. We all tend to like what we know
and diss what we don't. It makes us feel like experts when in fact we will
always have alot to learn.
Just my opinion,
which is no more valid than anyone's except perhaps Russ.
