If you watched the X-Files then you would understand that we all have

extraterrestial genetic material in our chromosomal makeup.


Of course, that's just a TV show, though, so it might not be true.



(Online, "why" questions tend to go into long philosophical discussions...

you'll usually get more practical results with "how" or "what" types of

topics. For "How have others approached learning a new type of tool like

this?" then one thing I see is that many have a period of immersion, where

they focus on getting a project done, rather than compare new experience to

experiences they had in the past. Your mileage may vary, though... each

person is unique.)
