	Just to clarify do you mean AppleScript or some native Quicktime

methods?


	Any suggested strategies for standalone qt4 w flash on Windows or

should I use Director(7.02) for this.


	As to web related stuff I've had good success placing multiple

swf's into a single Quicktime. However, I can envision scenarios where I

would want to load movies(swf) into a higher level(via tell target?) or

different track dynamically. Would I be naive in assuming that the QT track

functions in a similar fashion to levels in the flash player? Or are they

analagous but not alike?

	Guess it's still where it was when I left UCON 99. Anybody at MACR

or Apple (Charles are you listening!) care to comment on when(if?)

Quicktime 4 will support Flash 4 actions/load variables etc.?

	Will this update require a full rewrite of the Quicktime Plug-in or

would it be handled in an incremental update?

	Fwiw the flash manual states: "The Flash movie plays in the

Quicktime movie exactly as it does in the Flash Player, Retaining all of

its interactive features". Do I sense a little _optimism_  on MACR's behalf

?    ;>
