Flash is not designed to display video within the plugin.  It's designed to provide vector graphic animation and interactivity.  I don't know of any 150 kb download that would allow you to play video.


You could certainly use a GetURL action to load an AVI, assuming that you have a default video player configured to properly play AVI files.
