Hi Warren,

	 Yes that is what I meant. I have found the tone of John Dowdell's

responses entirely polite. I too have been reading John's responses to

this list and others for quite a few years.  If polite disagreement

offends you, you will undoubtedly spend a great deal of time being

offended. In the hopes of doing some good I will suggest that you would

take a short holiday from the barricades. When you come back all rested

and refreshed, you might find there is no war going on. 

	I know we have a very different view of shockmachine and that we are

unlikely to either of us change our minds. I promise not to try to

change yours. Events in the long run are the only thing that can prove

anyone right or wrong.
