Absolutely; I just wanted to offer nightwares as a jumping off point. I

try to keep it current and still am amazed at the depths of site links

available from some of the pages out there, like director-online.com,

mediamacros.com and many, many others.


There are some sites of very specialized interest, for instance -- like

how to do game/entertainment content; there are some sites dedicted to

getting Lingo to work as a *multitasking* script environment instead of

the single, more or less linear tasking it does to a large degree now,

sites dedicated to object-oriented systems approaches to Director, sites

dedicated to artificial intelligence in Director files, and sites

dedicated to teaching the esoterica of 3D to Lingo users.


Man, what a fun pack to surf. You could spend *days* in there and still

not get bored, still not find things you knew before, and always walk

away with some great, free downloads, files and scripts. All I can do on

nightwares, for my part, is point to the stuff which interests me most.

Nice that those places point to *other* sites of interest as well... and

so on... and so on...


Right now the pointers I have to Flash sites are... well, nonexistent.

Sigh. I need to update again.
