I felt that the initial intro was a little choppy, and the frame rate seems

to be set toquite a low frame rate. Also I'd paymore attention to the easing

on the animation, it makes all the animation much smoother and easier on the

eye.  


I quite liked the calendar. Is it done with generator or load variable? Or

is it a flat flash file?

You seem to have dealt with the content management issues well. 


The typography on the menus is a little sloppy, as the font spacing looks a

bit erratic. 

 

I also amn't mad about the colors, but I'm sure that wasn't up to you.


All in all, not bad at all, although I'd hope that all the content

management stuff doesn't cause problems later on.
