FLASH: Fast Link Navigation Ideas?

We are producing a browser system with it's own onboard personal

link portal system. We have done this in our product now that

uses html and java-scripting. I want to 'port' this to Flash

and make all these links load even faster. We might contract

an experienced Flash developer to put this together if we can

find some innovative person with great methods to achieve this.
