FLASH: Flash: Rotation Question

Hello All,

    I'm a relative newbie to Flash, but always learning.  I'm trying create 

an animated logo that spins on a 360 axis.  Is this possible in Flash?  If 

so, how?  Is it possible with a transparent background?  If flash doesn't do 

this, what program would do a spin on it's 360 axis?  Thanks alot.
