FLASH: button opens window

Hello,


I didn't have much luck 5 days ago with other questions but I'm still trying.

I am working on the Flash version of an HTML site. In the static site, I have 

a section called logos where  people can click on a button causing a 

javascript window to open and they can view a page of logos (HTML doc).

My question is this -- in the flash version, can I have a button that 

triggers the same window to open even though it is not a URL ?

I haven't this explained anywhere. Thanks in advance,
