Start will prevent a sound from playing a second instance (that is, playing
on top of itself).
One of the limitations of scenes is that sound will not continue from one
to the next, and there's no way to restart a sound and do it seamlessly.
The best practice is not to use scenes. If that's not an option in this
case, put the sound in its own movie and load it on another level, so it is
immune to scene changes in the first level (level0) movie. If you need user
control of the sound, see http://www.dartfrogmedia.com/toggle.
