I don't think that it does ever actually reaches its target, but as far as
flash is concerned it is no longer moving.
By the way, you can get the source, just go to the day which he posted it (I
think it was the 27th).
He was simply dividing the difference between the current position and the
destination by 5, and then moving by the result each time.
