Heya.


... i'm not so sure i want  to jump into this, but a few hundred posts back

in this thread, someone was complaining that not enough people had

identified a critical bug in the Flash5 Player beta.  Well then, add one

more to the list.


i'm running the beta in Netscape Navigator 4.71 on Win95c, and ZERO - that's

absolutely NO - .swfs will play properly.  Flash movies generally just

display a black background.


And Joe Surfer is able to download this thing?  It curls my hair.  MM will

have to call the final version of it the "Super Enhanced Kickass Flash 5

Player" to get people to reinstall on top of their flukey beta players.

Whatta boob on Macromedia's part.
