Palm devices are quite limited by screen resolution and (moreso) by processor
power. One of the beauties of Flash is that the end user's machine does all the
work rendering vectors etc. But if your processor is too weak to do this
efficiently...

Most of the "handheld Flash" dev is taking place on WinCE devices since they
have considerably stronger processors and better screens. Perhaps my buddy, the
Prince of PDAs, Phillip Torrone will chime in...
