I use Yahoo / Geocities.

Sign-up is quick and you get 15MB of space
They seem to be quite on the ball and I seem to have no problem serving
flashcontents there. They also have frontpage serber extension support and
a host of different tools and utilities.

There is an irritating "banner" thingy though ...but you can get around it.

dont need to put you SWF in an HTML and how the add banner thingy then
dissapears :o)

one thing they still need is ASP support - if they had that they would be
almost perfect.
