Subject:	FLASH: Flash 5 course? Already?

I just received an e-mail announcing a Flash 5 course here in Brazil, to
happen this month, on 16th to 19th. Will Flash be released before this dae,
or this guy is going to give this course using beta copies of Flash 5?
Would'n he be breaking the NDA for the beta testing program ( if he is part
of it ) or using illegal copies? I found this very strange, because i read
somewhere that Flash 5 will only start shipping next month or so..
What do you think is happening here?
