MC = Movie Clip


You're probably not going to find a tutorial on it, because

once you understand movie clips, shape tweens, and motion 

tweens, on their own, combining the three is elementary.  I'd 

suggest you understand the 3 terms and how to implement 

them individually, and when you do:


1) create a shape tween, 

2) make that shape tween into a movie clip

3) apply a motion tween to the movie clip.
