I read your message. I'm not aware of any problems with this, as it's not my

department. As far as I know, all systems are working, and we're

successfully filling orders for both Mac/Win, full and upgrade.


For questions about orders and the online store, you'll need to contact your

local Macromedia office. 


My apologies for not being able to tell you what's going on here, but this

is something that's best fielded by Customer Service.
