I strongly suspect that there wil be no change... in other words, yes, I
have every reason to believe that the subsidized academic versions are now
in the pipeline, along with the localized versions, the bundles, the
commercial and trial versions, etc.

I couldn't venture an estimated date myself, but would defer to the
first-hand information on the Macromedia site and at your campus reseller.
