Optimize your files to prevent too much processor overload--for example,
don't do 20 tweens and alpha fades at the same time in the same place; tweak
the movie enough to make it seem like multiple actions are occurring at the
same time even though it's not necessarily the case.

Also, try www.macromedia.com
Where else would you expect it?
