FLASH: IE 5 ISSUES

Hi all,

Here are two IE 5 for mac issues I've not seen addressed.


1. When Sound is set to event, it continues playing even when the browser

window containing the movie is closed. In fact, it plays until IE 5 is quit.

Any ideas?


2. When a Flash file contains an action in the first frame, such as one to

check to see if the movie is already cached on the person's machine, IE5

ignores the action in the first frame. I know this for a fact, because I

placed a redundant action 5 frames later, and the problem was solved. Once

again, any Ideas?
