Flash is controlled in html by two different tags. The object tag controls
IE and the Embed tag controls Netscape. You have the loop set to false in
your object tag, but not the Embed tag. I think the way you write it is
loop=false.

It's kind of over kill, but I usually also add a stop action to the last
frame of my movies if I want them to stop.
