Unfortunately the "test for flash" routine on this site must be a bit
off as I definitely have flash ( I develop Flash 4 content so I must
have the Flash 4 plugin, right ? hehe ) but the "click to enter"
animation does not appear.

Just as a thought all flash sites which offers this type of detection
should have a link whereby it "forces" the browser to the flash site.
That way if your flash detection fails - even when the user has the
plugin - the person who knows they have the plugin can still enter the
site.
