RE: FLASH: Bug in Flash 4??

[Marc Hoffman, Poison Dart Frog Media]

If you're changing the symbol identity by clicking a new one in Inspector, 

make sure the new name is actually selected. It can be highlighted without 

being selected. Once it's selected (double-click should do it), there will 

be a bullet next to it.
