everyones point is well put and also well taken but my argument is still here 

we may all have gneral knowledge about webdesign 

my question is flash is demanding and i think would require a position of its 

own in a company 

but not seeing it posted anywhere as described above, i wonder how much of my 

time i should invest into flash (not saying that i wouldnt anyway because its 

great, but for the job) as opposed to general webdesign the way you guys 

described webdesign:)
