FLASH: New site does not hip-hop

Hi guys. I'm in charge of www.molotov.com.mx, official site of mexican

hard-hop band. Anyone can see how slow it is (my ram 128 M. ram and it takes

more than 1 minute to load). I'm kinda new to flash (I suspect lingo has

eaten my brains), so I would appreciate if

any of you can drop by and tell me just what's wrong with it.
