Sorry that I am little late with answering....

Try detecting Flash with Flash;
Put a single-frame flash with a 'getURL-command' to the flash part of the
site in your html-doc... the same doc contains a refresh-tag which redirects
to the html part after a couple of seconds.

Hope this helps to get things clearer...
