The answer is: As much as Flash can allocate to itself. IF there's no
other user processes running, Flash will use 100% of your CPU. If there
are some low priority processes, they will slowdown a bit. Try watching
your movie with Flash Player, instead of the browser, and see if it
"eats" much CPU. Usually don't.
