i once found this neat JavaScript that could help you. Just copy it into
the head of your HTML code. here's the script

window.open('http://www.someURL.com/index.html','screen','fullscreen=yes,typ
e=fullWindow,scrollBars=0,resizable=1');

</script>

so you'll have one browser window open and nothing will happen in it, and
as soon that window is open this script will launch another window with
your site. it will be a complete full screen, which means it will not have
even that "blue line" with minimize, maximize and close buttons ...
