FLASH: OT-- QT in Flash, 3D plug-in

Excuse me-- I realize these topics have been

previously discussed-- but I would still appreciate

the help. 


1.)

I still am unsure about F4 and QT. Can you call and

run QT mov from F4. I have heard conflicting reports

and I haven't found any resolution from the F4 manual.



In the past I have used .bat files from F3 but in the

F4 manual it sounds like you can "place" a mov in F4--

it doesn't actually redside in the .swf..??? What I'd

like to do is run a mov without leaving the flash

interface I have created.


and 2.)

a while back there was some talk of a plugin for 3d

Studio Max (I believe) that exports to a Flash format.

Is there any truth to this? Where can I learn more?
